Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We currently accept several major health plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, SilverSummit Healthplan, Humana, and Medicare.

Do you accept Medicaid?

How much is a cash-pay primary care visit?

Our cash-pay primary care visit is $95 for eligible self-pay patients.

What is included in the $95 visit?

The $95 cash-pay visit includes the eligible primary care evaluation and services specified by our practice. Labs, imaging, medications, procedures, and outside services are not included and may have additional costs.

Do I need insurance to become a patient?

No. Eligible self-pay patients may use our cash-pay option. Contact our office for current pricing and eligibility.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule and nature of your healthcare concern. Call our office to check availability.

Do you offer in-office pain management?

We evaluate appropriate non-emergency pain concerns and may provide in-office pain management when medically appropriate. Treatment depends on the provider's evaluation.

Do you offer telehealth?
